Simeon Stanchev Simeonov began his elementary education in "Nivyanin OCD". From his third grade he continued in the town of Vratza, where he completed his primary, elementary and secondary education. He liked all school subjects, as well as music and sports games. From 1970 to 1972 he was in the Army where he studied with great interest the modern for the time being Soviet antiaircraft defense technique. From 1972 to 1977 he studied at the Technical University "Lenin" - Sofia, "Mechanical Precision Engineering" - a discipline, integrating many areas of technics and technologies.
